We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Roofing Salesman to join our team in the Monroe, Slidell, and Shreveport areas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a strong understanding of roofing materials and construction, and excellent interpersonal skills. As a Roofing Salesman, you will play a crucial role in driving our roofing sales efforts and building lasting customer relationships.

  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective lead generation, prospecting, and closing strategies.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with homeowners, property managers, contractors, and other potential clients.
  • Conduct on-site assessments of roofs, provide accurate estimates, and present suitable roofing solutions tailored to the customer\\\'s needs.
  • Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and other team members to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up plans using CRM software.
